The Hospitium is a versatile 14th Century listed building which also has 2 storey’s. It is available throughout the day and the evening and is also licensed to hold weddings and civil ceremonies. The venue is set within the beautiful York Museum Gardens which can be found in York’s city centre. The striking Grade 1 listed ruins of St. Mary’s Abbey overlooks The Hospitium and the Museum gardens.

The Medieval rooms are not only stunning, but can host seated banquets for up to 130 guests, drinks receptions for up to 180 and seated buffets for up to 110 guests. Then there are the gardens too which are just as beautiful as the rooms. Making this venue perfect for some amazing wedding photos.

The York Museums Trust is a registered charity that both own and operate the hospitium. They reinvest any proceeds from their weddings and events into the work of the museums and gallery. So by choosing the Hospitium, you are not just choosing an amazing venue, but you are also supporting the fantastic buildings, collections, learning and events that the Trust runs to bring Yorkshires past to life

As I have previously photographed at The Hospitium I know the best locations for wedding photos both inside and outside in the gardens. Which are ideal for both groups and couples photos.

My Packages

All my wedding photography packages include a minimum attendance of arrival to first dance with 2 photographers. I also have packages to include bridal prep to first dance or from bridal prep to dusk with 2 photographers. I have designed my packages with your album in mind, allowing for some stunning images to choose from for your wedding album and giving you a story type feel to your album and something you can look back on for years to come.

Known for my fun and relaxed personality, mixed with both my natural and posed photography style, you can rest assured you will have some great photos for an album that you, your friends and your family will love!
